Push notifications

insteady can send you notifications directly in your browser, even when you do not have the app open.

Enable notifications

1. Go to Settings - Preferences.
2. Find Push notifications.
3. Click Enable notifications.
4. Confirm the browser permission request.

Disable notifications

Click on the notification status under Settings - Preferences - Push notifications to disable them. You can also revoke push notification permission directly in your browser settings.

What you get notified about

• New comments or reactions on your posts
• New messages
• Connection requests
• Replies to your comments

Note

Push notifications work in the browser only, not in a native app. The feature requires a browser that supports push notifications.
