Career status

Your career status signals whether you are open to new roles or actively looking to hire.

Set your status

1. Go to your profile and click Edit profile.
2. Scroll to the Career status section.
3. Select Open to Work or Hiring.
4. Click Save changes.

Open to Work

Shows recruiters and companies that you are open to new positions. A badge appears on your profile.

Hiring

Shows other members that you are actively looking for talent. You can optionally specify the role you are hiring for.

Remove your status

Select No status under Career status and save.
